We want you to be completely satisfied with your Rania B jewelry purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return it within 7 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for Return

• The jewelry must be in its original condition, unworn, and unaltered.
• The jewelry must be returned in its original packaging.
• The original purchase receipt must be included with the returned jewelry.

How to Return Jewelry

To return jewelry, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team at 972-546-4016 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

2. Pack the jewelry in its original packaging and include the original purchase receipt.

3. Write the RAN on the outside of the package.
